If they had ordered one case and it came full of M16s, then they did the right thing by surrendering them. But, since it was one (maybe more) out of a large batch of cases from governmentliqidation . com, there's no way they should have said shit. Maybe deep stash one or two, and then part out the rest building back on stripped lowers.
