I am the Director of Recruiting for an Executive Search firm and we place a lot of individuals in the firearms industry.
One of our clients in TN is an international world class firearms manufacturer looking for a Product Design Engineer to help design next generation firearms among other things. Industry experience is not necessary however one must have an Engineering degree and 3+ years of detailed CAD experience. One must also be open to relocating to TN and be a 2A supporter and firearms enthusiast.
