This should be interesting. While medical MJ may be legal in some states, it’s still illegal as far as the Fed’s are concerned. And the 4473 specifically mentions if you take medical MJ, you can’t purchase a firearm. So now Nikki is going to sue the Fed’s. Good luck with that. GARY.

Personally, I think she is trying to sabatoge her promise that she wouldn't cross reference the two databases if the result being a court order to strip marajuana users of the CWP. Probably off base since I didn't read the lawsuit or anything, but I don't trust anything she says and I doubt she would do anything to futher the rights of gun owners in FL.
