Total newbie here to the AR Platform. What are you guys using for lube etc... on your guns, and why?

Been using CLP aka Breakfree for decades. Always worked for me. Never an issue. Guess I am stuck in the old ways. LOL

Mobil 1 grease, and Mobil 1 oil.

I love you AR guys...

Us AK guys clean our rifles by pissing down the barreled receiver, and occasionally lubricate them with the blood of our enemies

But in all seriousness, CLP seems to work fine for me. Never had any issues with it. Pretty handy stuff.

Kano Kroil loosens the powder fouling, Butch's BoreShine removes the copper, MobilOne keeps everything slippery.

CLP usually. Tetra grease in a few specific areas on certain platforms
