Undeveloped land for shooting East Manatee County?

Hello all,
I'm a responsible 45 year old professional guy living in Manatee County at present and would desperately like to find a place to shoot out east on some undeveloped land. I'll pay anything reasonable as a monthly fee and help with maintaining access, fixing fences etc... and it would be just myself or occasionally my girlfriend. No drinking etc... I'd be willing to go out on a schedule that is convenient to the owner.
