Aside from proprietary mags, this looks pretty interesting. Lots of previously embargoed reviews now out there today, so Google (or whatever) them up and check out any from people you trust.

The proprietary mag thing is kind of a deal breaker for me. Unless you're doing something really unique like the P90, there are so many perfectly functional magazine designs out there that it just seems wasteful to come up with something proprietary, especially for a new model, that may or may not take off. It leaves possible customers worried that they may end up stuck with a discontinued gun with no available magazines.

That being said, it does look cool.
Yeah, it's a stumbling block, I agree. But at my advanced age I can buy a "lifetime" supply of mags fairly cheaply

The mags are $25 from Springfield, so it removed the "dealbreaker" for me.
Excited to can it and try it out...
Optic was laying around, bit big for the form factor but good enough for now, and perfectly co-witnesses the flip ups

Omega 46m. I wanted a multi-purpose can to switch into many things.
Great choice. I've had the 36M for a few years and really love it. I just picked up a 46M a few weeks ago. I haven't used it yet. I'm waiting for AC4751 Charlie Piston Mounts to come back into stock so I can run it on my lever guns with a tri-lug.
