The 2024 Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg is a thrilling motorsports event that will take place over three days from March 8th to March 10th, 2024. The race will be held at Albert Whitted Park on Bayshore Drive in St. Petersburg, Florida. Racers will zoom through roads enveloping Pioneer Park, the Duke Energy Center for the Arts, and The Salvador Dali Museum, which extends onto runways at Albert Whitted Airport.

I'm in ear shot of the racing but watching on TV is better. On a 1.7 mile road course one only sees the racing briefly in person.

Newgarden ran away leading for 90 of the 100 laps.
Only a couple of yellows due to wheel bumping.
