Yeah, TBH, I think the Punxsutawney Phil thing is rigged. I watched it live. They put two scrolls on the tree stump, and they the set Phil down on the stump. He's supposed to pick one or somehow indicate towards one. I saw no such movement from him, He just stared straight ahead. He didn't turn his head or move his arms toward either scroll (which were parallel to him on his left). He'd have a bit of trouble "picking" the one on his extreme left. I guess that's just to everyone sees Phil and not the scrolls blocking the view. And when the handler said, "I think he's made a decision..." and handed a rightmost scroll to the reader, I knew something was fishy. I think he always "picks" the scroll closest to him. Meaning that the forecast depends on which scroll they put directly closest to him.
