Looks like someone finally got the balls up and filed suit against that 21+ gun law horseshit of Rick Scott's.

Better late than never - should have been filed right after that discriminatory and unconstitutional law was signed.

And every Republican legislator that voted in favor of it should have to explain how they justified ignoring the following law that's been on the books since 1973:
Florida Statutes 743.07
Rights, privileges, and obligations of persons 18 years of age or older.—

(1) The disability of nonage is hereby removed for all persons in this state who are 18 years of age or older, and they shall enjoy and suffer the rights, privileges, and obligations of all persons 21 years of age or older except as otherwise excluded by the State Constitution immediately preceding the effective date of this section and except as otherwise provided in the Beverage Law.

Yeah, that's not going to go far.

AG Moody just beat the NRA on the same issue. Gov. DeSantis has been mum's the word the whole time. Not speaking against the law, not ordering the AG to stop defending the law, etc... yet he campaigned that he would've vetoed it.

Judge Mark Walker, in a 48-page ruling, rejected the NRA’s lawsuit that challenged the part of the 2018 gun control law that banned the sale of firearms to anyone under 21.

AG Ashley Moody, as well as Gov. Ron DeSantis, claimed they did not agree with this part of the law while they were campaigning for office in 2018.

But both had the State defend it even after they both took office.

Judge Walker’s ruling said the case “falls squarely in the middle of a constitutional no man’s land.” Walker said that precedent from previous cases handed down by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals means that the Second Amendment does not “protect the sale of firearms to 18-to-20 year olds.”

Judge Walker added that 18 to 20 year-old independent Floridians without parents could wind up having no access to guns: “Why should the 20-year-old single mother living on her own be unable to obtain a firearm for self-defense when a 20-year-old living with their parents can easily obtain one?”

NRA filed a suit a while back and the FL courts just told the NRA that the law is justified and constitutional. It was Republican Attorney General Ashley Moody that defended it.

That suit was in Federal court. If the class action is filed in state court it could still proceed. I don't know if that's what they plan, or the likelihood of prevailing in state court. Just saying.
