Read the book "Three Felonies A Day" by Harvey Silverglate.
"The average professional in this country wakes up in the morning, goes to work, comes home, eats dinner, and then goes to sleep, unaware that he or she has likely committed several federal crimes that day. Why? The answer lies in the very nature of modern federal criminal laws, which have exploded in number but also become impossibly broad and vague. In Three Felonies a Day, Harvey A. Silverglate reveals how federal criminal laws have become dangerously disconnected from the English common law tradition and how prosecutors can pin arguable federal crimes on any one of us, for even the most seemingly innocuous behavior. The volume of federal crimes in recent decades has increased well beyond the statute books and into the morass of the Code of Federal Regulations, handing federal prosecutors an additional trove of vague and exceedingly complex and technical prohibitions to stick on their hapless targets. The dangers spelled out in Three Felonies a Day do not apply solely to “white collar criminals,” state and local politicians, and professionals. No social class or profession is safe from this troubling form of social control by the executive branch, and nothing less than the integrity of our constitutional democracy hangs in the balance"
If you think about that. It's actually scary. LAWS are not created today for keeping Americans safe. But instead to give those that create them POWER over the people. American leader no long exist. We now have RULERS. They use incarceration as a tool against those that refuse that rule.
Just look at what this rogue extremist political faction of our government is doing with all of these NEWS laws against their opposition. We are now being labeled domestic white extremist terrorist. For not accepting their political coup of our government. This rogue extremist factions of our government has political prisoners locked away right now with no recourse for freedom.

Rep. Louie Gohmert of Texas took to the House floor on Friday to downplay the January 6 Capitol riot, describing the insurrections as "political prisoners held hostage by their own government."
"Joe Biden's Justice Department is criminalizing political protest, but only political protest by Republicans or conservatives," Gohmert said in his lengthy speech in which he cited several conservative news outlets, according to CNN. "They're destroying the lives of American families, they're weaponizing the events of January 6 to silence Trump-supporting Americans."
Gohmert pointed to some defendants who are being held in jail in Washington awaiting trial, calling them "victims of an unequal system of justice in a country where rioters and looters on the left are let off the hook even considered heroes while those on the right are considered hardened criminals without any record before a trial can even begin.".”

Many of the more than 400 people (actually it's 50 detained as of june) who have been criminally charged following the events at the U.S. Capitol on January 6 have been denied bail–and now some are alleging psychological abuse and even physical beatings at the hands of prison guards in D.C. jails.
We are in dangerous times right now. Remember the list that was posted on line of everyone that donated to Trump campaign. The FBI is still trying to ID 250 others
