I'm not here to defend the deputy. He made his decisions and will have to live with them.
Yep, he does. HE gets to LIVE with it, the people he was tasked with protecting, do not.

+1 to that thanks largely impart to qualified immunity.

Seems some folks wanted to sue the gun makers while others are trying to sue the POS LEO.... I wonder which one will pay off the best given how f-- our justice system is?
