Google tracks the hell out of you whether you want them to or not. Doesnt matter if you allow them to or not, if your phone is on and you are running Google Apps it will track you. The only way to ensure you are not tracked is to leave your device at home.

If you do not know how to turn all that off and to be sure it is not tracking then your only option is to not use a phone.
