I like revolvers and 1911's, steel & wood construction, the plastic framed guns feel like toys to me, I've bought many trying like hell to like them, Glock, H&K, Walther, but I cant seem to find the love.
And what about that plastic 2 piece trigger with the little blade in the middle of the trigger, WTF kind of abomination is that???

At the end of GEN X.

Gen Y: Gen Y, or Millennials, were born between 1980 and 1994. They are currently between 26-40 years old.
Gen Y.1 = 25-29 years old (31 million people in U.S.)
Gen Y.2 = 29-39 (42 million people in U.S.)
Gen Z: Gen Z is the newest generation to be named and were born between 1995 and 2015. They are currently between 5-25 years old (nearly 74 million in U.S.)

- I had that conversation with my grandson when he was about 15 or 16. I told him I had a device that could convert voice into text & then re translate it back into voice at the other end. He was totally impressed until I told him it was a plain old telephone.

Agreed!
I now prefer to carry polymer only cause its light. I have exactly two for that reason and no plans to buy anymore.
Love my 1911s, CZs, S&W wheelies!
Happy to be a boomer! No manbuns or skinny jeans for me! And we played outside!

There was a line in the video "Learning how to text is the only way you will ever communicate with your son"...there is truth to that for me, I actually did have to learn how to text a few years ago if I wanted to communicate with my son on a more frequent basis.
I was born in 1957....I admit, I'm an effing Dinosaur....I'm an analog guy in a digital world as someone I used to work with would say.
This might be off topic, but this being a gun forum I'll put in my old guy 2 cents worth even though no one gives a shit, especially the young bucks.

Millenials vs Boomers WHAT?
Don't understand how you are comparing them to each other.
It's my attempt at parody. See: Siberian Tigers vs. Kodiak Bears, et. al...
You nailed it
