Currently doing business with PSA and Primary arms. They do ship quickly, especially for non FFL items.

I've ordered stuff from http://www.jsesurplus.com , never had any problems. They usually have some good deals on some stuff. And retro stuff.

The three plus brownells and midway in the last 6 months has been really good at shipping quickly for stuff in stock.
