Mohel_Knives pending approval

Spoke to the CEO, CFO, chief stockholder, head blacksmith, executive VP of sales, head manager of materials acquisition and junior secretary of Mohel Knives today and he mentioned he had a pending account request, but didn't know who to email to follow up with. Would whomever is in charge of that (Legio?) take a look for him please? Thanks.
