Short story: they continue to refuse to elaborate on Heller and McDonald.
“Democracy is a pathetic belief in the collective wisdom of individual ignorance.”

Nine assholes wearing nightgowns to work get to pick what legal cases are important in a nation of 330 million citizens?
Unacceptable!
Whose side are they on, anyway?

Trouble is, that may have been the best course. All we’d need is have the cases go there and then be asking Whiskey Tango Foxtrot after the case was over. Then it would be set law. Sure, now some states can jerk around. One needs to think about it and make decisions. If the craziness gets bad enough, whether rioting because Trump won the election, or joyful tyranny because a commie won, bringing in all kinds of commie associates, one may need to think outside the box. Reminds me of many years ago, when I lived in NYC. Every other year, there was the threat of a strike by the Transit Workers Union. The city would get an injunction from a judge. And, Mike Quill, the union president would say, “He can drop dead (Some years it was “go to hell”) in his black robes.” (Good Irish accent, of course. )
Hurrah for the Bonnie Blue Flag that bears a Single Star.
