Ammo price question

Post by Whoutink »

I'm trying to make a deal with a guy on Facebook for a welder. I don't have enough cash to buy it so I offered to throw in some 22 to cover the difference. I do not know if he is but I'm hoping he is a shooter.

I know prices are outrageous in some places. So I need to know what y'all think my current value is. Should I just go with the price there that I found?
1 box 550 Federal value pack $60?
3 box 325 Federal value pack. $20×3?

He said no. He said it was a really good offer but he needs cash right now. I would still like to know what y'all think it's worth, I might move this to the BST.

Thank you but these aren't listed in the 22 section.
I do have one box of the Federal match ammo that's first on the list for 49.99, but wasn't going to give him that one 😆

The Federal 550 that you have just sold on Gunbroker (10/20/20) for $50.
The Federal 325 sold for $30.50 (10/23/20).
- I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you... -

Yes, ammo has become not only pricey but very scarce.
My posts kill threads.

That 22 ammo is 20¢+ a round, right now company's are behind on orders over 2 billion rounds. So ammo will keep going up till end of next year or longer depending the outcome of presidential election.
