Prosecutors have now charged that friend, 19-year-old Dominick David Black, with two felony counts of intentionally selling a gun to a minor. Black made his first court appearance on Monday in the Kenosha County Circuit Court.

Its not what you know, its what you can prove. Its all how the media spins their web as to how well the masses and fudds gobble it up. If he bought it for Kyle then he is done, straw purchase and should be in federal court... Just thinking....

Drejka suffered from the same media spin, this sh*t started with him; the left made their stand with him because they got their feelings hurt over Treyvon being a POS. The MSM/Crump/Sharpton made it about an argument over a parking space, when it was in fact about a 3rd party escalating that situation to a violent encounter that lead to the death of a ghetto thug; a thug to which his violent criminal record was never divulged through the media or was the jury allowed to view. Spin spin spin... So have any of you seen these?

The Donald has a VERY long list of people he should pardon. General Flynn, Roger Stone, and now Kyle. Piss off the Libitards as much as possible.

I also think The Donald should fire every single person in the Justice Department, and FBI, at least everyone that is in DC. From the janitors to the top floors. Clean slate. F*ck all the Federal deep state bureaucrats. Let them live off their lucrative pensions.
Ah that's one thing about our Flame, doesn't play any favorites! Flame hates everybody!

Kyle is up on state charges. A President has no power to pardon from state charges, only federal.

Snowden would be another great one! Especially considering how Biden handled that situation as VP.

Here's a scenario:

Trump pardons just about everybody you can think of a few days before January 20.

Once these are all official, he resigns.

Pence, in turn, assumes office and pardons Trump. This eliminates the whole "can a President pardon himself?" issue.

Of course Pence would have to be on-board, so who knows about him. And as previously mentioned, this would do nothing to protect Trump from the whims of New York State, which is poking around in his businesses even now. Like the NRA, he should have gotten his legal roots out of there long, long ago.
