New 4473.

Post by N4KVE »

New 4473 now. The gun info goes at the top of the first page. But now 3 choices for sex. Male, female, or “non binary”. Holy crap!! GARY.

I am glad they move so slow. Took them a full year to get with the "gender program." Joe

Gender is a "I don't care" issue for me. The real issue with the new 4473 is that all the trackable information of the buyer is on one side of the form and when scanned into a searchable PDF format.

Because BATFE is making a searchable database of their 4473s.

It's retarded. They literally just shuffled the boxes around and added non binary as a sex

Do FFLs have to utilize the new 4473 immediately (i.e. after 11/1), or can they exhaust their existing supply first?

So does the 4473 still stay at the FFL pace of business? What responsibility does the the FFL holder have in determining if the the buyer is " non binary " if that box is checked.

Yes and we don't care what they check there.
