Yes, the Drejka case proved that self defense is dead.... So is the 1A when you can't inform your fellow American(s) that they are breaking the law while in PUBLIC. Too many fudds here jumped on the Sharpton/Crump bus IMHO. Both of these cases are part of one huge movement to get folks to step away from the 2A, the entire constitution in fact. Its a mind f*ck on a national level... Think 1960s, JFK and Bobby Kennedy's assassinations helped in turning Americans off to firearms, what did we get? 1968 NFA and FOPA. They won't try to put the d*ck in all @ one time, the powers that be know better.....They will take it slowly so folks don't realize whats happening, in fact onces it gets so far they will cheer it on.
