Face mask while carrying?
I'm beginning to see and hear info that it is a felony to be wearing a mask while legally carrying a firearm. Can someone confirm or refute this for State of Florida regs?
I'll tell you what rule we applied sir.
We applied rule 303.
We caught them and we shot them under rule 303!

Statute indicates you cannot wear a face mask during the commission of a crime, or while intending to perpetuate a crime.

Democratic mayors and governors just let hundreds of thousands of rioters demolish the country with no repercussions, while not wearing masks or social distancing. And now they want to lock us back down because they say a few people hanging around a bar or restaurant is causing a spike in virus, doesn't that sound absurd too?

Well, it all depends!

the creation of one law or regulation cannot force you to break another law...
ie: forced to wear a mask does not make you a criminal if you carry.
