pick an area of town then find a local Realtor, not a 60 diameter circle, as soon as you get outside of a particular county usually the Realtor would have to be a member of several Boards to have access to their MLS system.

Facebook has become a very popular resource for areas and people looking to move.

I would look outside of Jax. Fernandina, Yulee or Callahan to the north.
Or St. Augustine, Green Cove Springs or Keystone Heights to the south.
Too much traffic in Jax. If you are still working, that changes everything.

I wouldn't go to Jax no more than Miami/Broward, which I escaped from five years ago, that's just me personally.
