The hype has changed 5 to 7 times. The NOAA forecast has always been for this to be a fairly insignificant storm.

Cat 5 with winds up to 160 mph.

Cuban santeros praying to Chango for the storm to go north.
Haitian voodoo priest do the same, with a lil western track.
