This is ABSOLUTELY scary. That LEFT WING SOCIALIST EXTREMISTS LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES, PROSECUTORS and JUDGES now have the power to violate the CONSTITUTION and the BILL OF RIGHTS.
All under the guise of protecting the people. Anything you post online now or say and be taken out of context.
You get new neighbors that are antigun and terrified of guns. Someone with total anonymity can report you and say you MIGHT be a threat. Not that you actually are a THREAT.
Anyone with half a brain could see that these RED FLAG LAWS would be used against INNOCIENT LAW ABIDING AMERICANS. To get their gun taken away.
Plus they just don't give them back. It will cost INNOCIENT AMERICANS THOUSANDS of dollars in attorney fees.
Someone mentioned also that the law requires that they only have to give your guns back. NOT YOUR AMMUNITION. IS THIS TRUE
This is clearly a violation of the 1st and 2nd ADMENDMENTS
But there are work arounds to keep L.E. AGENCIES from getting your investments. You can have an FFL, INDIVIDUAL or FAMILY MEMBERS ect store your guns that you do not have access to.
But even then. What about the boy who was RED FLAGGED and said he was going to use his uncle's guns to shoot people.
Even though he did not live with his uncle. Neither did the boy have unrestricted access to uncle's guns. Yet CORRUPT LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY took uncle's guns.
Tell me this RED FLAG LAW was not ABUSED HERE BY CORRUPT LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS JUST TO CONFISCATE AN INNOCIENT AMERICANS GUNS.
In this case it was clear that the man here was the wrong person. A simple fix. Yet the idoitocity is beyond belief. The GOVERNMENT will abuse and use any law it can against AMERICANS to oppressive and control them.
Only the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, SENATE and WE THE PEOPLE HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE THE CONSTITUTION AND THE BILL OF RIGHTS.
This is a change/regulation to the BILL OF RIGHTS.
