Rent,
Didn't we use to be able to ship HG as long as it stayed in the state?

I'm always willing to ship as long as the buyer is willing to pay, its about $24 bucks to send a long gun across the state UPS ( insured ), HG are up over $34 now.... with gas and tolls if its more than about 2 hours away, thats a win
Can you ship HG in-state w/o an FFL? I knew about long guns... Please advise.
Hand gun has to go through an FFL.
Roger that, thats what I thought. Thanks for the clarification.

*Not a lawyer, not legal advice.

WTF are you people taking about? A firearm is a firearm (assuming regular and not NFA), you can ship it without issue (non-usps). The ONLY issue is policy of the carrier, and the legal requirement to inform the carrier.

I found the best luck at the staples/office depot counter.

Personally I'd rather go for a little road trip as opposed to going the shipping route. I've driven a couple of hours on multiple occasions over the years and met some great folks from FSN.
