They even admit to breaking the rules in the description!

How are they getting away with this?

Maybe: Two triggers, each fire only one shot when pulled.
But the second trigger shown in the photo could just be a Glock like safety.

There have been a number of firearms put on the market over the last ten years or so, that really skirt the definition of a Machine Gun and/or a Short Barreled Rifle/Shotgun.

I would assume that they rely on the fact that it doesn't automatically reload without an additional manual function. I'd be curious to see their ATF letter, though.
Any weapon which shoots, is designed to shoot, or can be readily restored to shoot, automatically more than one shot without manual reloading, by a single function of the trigger

you're reading into this too much, we've seen a few of these and they've sold thousands, no one would drop that kind of coin of full production without and approval....its been talked about all over Google how it works and why its GTGo
