Times sure have changed.
Now pistols are the most popular, by far.
Revolvers are still hanging in there, but far, far behind.
When I was younger, revolvers ruled.
Today, like not knowing how to drive a stick shift car, there's whole generations of people who have a very limited knowledge of the operation of the revolver.
Weird.

In my experience working gun shows, many first timers, especially women, buy revolvers, because they don’t have the strength to rack the slide on a semi. They buy either the Ruger LCR, or Taurus 85. A few buy the S&W. GARY.

I have always thought of all guns a revolver was the most intuitive of all types to manipulate with little to no training (at least as far as basic function).
For bad breath distance they still can't be beat IMO due to no worries about the slide not being able to go into battery.
Hammer-less models can be shot right through a pocket if need be.

My 64-2 with black/silverwood grips.
The pic doesn't capture the beauty of these grips!
The gun is smoooth and tight! Just the way I like my women. K frame snubs are sexy!
