Anybody know where I can find a Savage barrel in 6.5 Creedmoor?

Anybody here know where I can find a Savage factory barrel in 6.5 Creedmoor? Doesn't have to be new.
Not looking for heavy barrel as it will be used on a Savage 11 hunting rifle so a sporter profile would be preferable.
I have too many rifles in 308 Winchester and 243 Winchester so I want to convert one of my 308 Savage to 6.5 Creedmoor just to checkout the caliber.

Rug,
Best place would be Gunbroker for a used take off Savage barrel, but usually it is someone getting rid of a .308 barrel to try 6.5Creed like you.

Other option would be Northland Shooting Supply for a Criterion Savage pre-fit. You can get different contours(ie hunting profile).

MidwayUSA.com has Shilen pre-fits also, but a little more $.

Yes, you are right...lots of 308 but no luck on 6.5 except a heavy varmint barrel.
I think I'll hold off for a while and check again in couple months.

Rug,

I dont know what accuracy you're looking for but I bought a bull barrel 6.5 cm Axis ii, and I took it out to 1000 yards on 12 x 20 steel.

The whole gun , which came with a crappy 4-15 x 50 scope, only ran me $399 at walmart.
