Re: Has anyone changed a Door Latch Lock Actuator on a Nissan Versa?

Charlie - I have not, but my 2014 Nissan Murano has the same problem on the front passenger door. Neither the key fob nor the lock control on either of the front doors will unlock the lock - it has to be opened manually from the inside using the passenger door handle. This is the latest in a series ...

Re: RIP Raquel Welch

Oddly enough, the first move in which I saw her featured was "Fantastic Voyage" where she played a scientist. Never appeared in a bikini but looked cool in SCUBA gear. RIP Well, she sure had quite a set of aqua lungs! I remember her in the movie Mother, Jugs and Speed. Despite being a sex...

Re: One of the funniest news stories you will read!

Oakland baker, small business owner, social justice activist, and community member Jen Angel has been medically declared to have lost all brain function
I think this was the case long before she encountered the thuggies.

(Hey, SOMEBODY was going to say it . . . )

Yep - I can see that slate. Bondi is hitting just enough soft balls on Fox News as a "guest analyst" to stay relevant to low info voters.

Re: As you consider voting, just a reminder about Wilton Simpson

Well whether or not DeSantis runs for prez (and wins) in '24 or not, the GOP will need a nominee for FL governor in '26. So they are all going to pose as DeSantis II, given the success of that brand here. This. ^^^ Even the most ignorant gubernatorial candidate can see the success DeSantis has enjo...

Re: Got some Tokarev questions for those who've owned them.

Thanks - and yes, it was the TT-33 (Romanian version, so actually TTC) I was asking about. I went ahead and picked up the gun, and it's a beauty, aside from the stupid thumb safety required to be added for import. The seller's got a few hundred rounds of surplus ammo he'll give me first dibs on. Fro...

Got some Tokarev questions for those who've owned them.

Never owned anything in 7.62x25, but I've got a line on a Tokarev I'm thinking about getting to play around with. What's considered a good price on surplus 7.62x25 ammo these days? Any factories to avoid due to reliability or accuracy issues? Anyone ever converted their Tok to 9mm with a Chinese bar...
