I can tell you Vero, Fort Pierce, PSL, Sebring, and Martin County gun shows still allow private sellers. We've sold several at my shop. People who bought them love them. I prefer the keltec sub2k but to each their own.

What about having an attorney send a letter of demand? Most attorneys will do that cheap. Might spook the guy into paying you.

What exactly are you calling the ATF for? Him not insuring the package has 0 to do with his licensure. You can get your lien and maybe collect someday, or you can hook him up and get some satisfaction. Call the ATF. Biden's BAT boys have been snatching FFLs left and right for very minor things.
