Re: Blackbuck and Boar in Argentina

Congratulations ! I think it's great that you shot from the ground and not out the truck window. Last month I hunted elk in Wyoming and had my fill of side-by-side and 4 wheeler hunters zipping all God's creation and hunting from them. I guess they are shooters and not hunters.

1st. 2019 Florida Buck

I managed to drop a 7 point buck late yesterday afternoon at 4:50 PM well before sunset after watching him for 10 minutes in thick Florida cover. I was hunting from one of my tree stands on the property when he made a turn and began walking away from me offering a quartering shot through a small win...

Pulled into Florida last night. Trip was fun, unfortunately no elk.

Supper will be at 6PM tonight. Grilled marinated antelope steaks, yellow rice and a salad. Hopefully you can make it.

Wyoming 2019 Hunting Trip

Currently on a combination elk and antelope hunt in the Buffalo Wyoming area. I have been concentrating on the elk but have had no success as of yet, I decided yesterday to take a break from the mountains and look for some antelope as I had a doe/fawn tag and needed some meat for the freezer back ho...

2019~2020 Deer Hunting Picture Thread

Post up any pictures related to the 2019~2020 Deer Season. Have a Safe eventful season. Archery season opened in my area on Saturday (09.14.19). It was a nice morning with no deer activity. The only activity were the mosquitoes; thank God for Thermacell. Here's one of the reasons I was out on Satur...

Re: Brown St. Patrick's Day instead of Green

Here is the finished mount. Used a kit from Taxidermist Woodshop ( http://www.taxidermistwoodshop.com/ ). I have used their mounts for deer and have been pleased as I am with this turkey mount kit.

Re: CWP Renewal

I just received renewal today via the USPS Mail. I applied on line on March 21, 2019 and received it today April 4, 2019 for a total of 15 days. I expected a much longer wait and some grief from Tricky "Nikki" but ended pleasantly surprised.
