Re: We are now on X (Twitter) @floridashooters
Not on X/Twitter now, never have been, and have no intentions of ever being on it.

Re: Fla. Sheriff Candidate Hospitalized After Shooting Self
Yada, yada, yada about the shooting. I think a lot of you are missing one of the MAJOR points of this whole situation. This is the guy, THE GUY, with his mental in-stability, that the Democrats put up to run, and be in charge of, what is probably the largest sheriff's dept in the State of Florida. T...

It should.
The uppers are the same, just a slightly thicker double stack grip.

Re: Anybody use one of these here newfangled S&W FPC folding carbine thingees?
Not the S&W folder. I've got a Beretta CX 9mm carbine, uses my same Beretta pistol mags. I can see the use of a folder for certain circumstances, I just don't generally need one. If anything, now I would lean to a dedicated AR9, not one that has a mag filler block or special mags like the older ...
Re: Indy 500
Big weekend for Penske.
Newgarden wins the Indy 500
Blaney wins the Nascar Charlotte 600
Roger's won them both before but never the same year. Normally they run the same day, but this year Nascar was rain delayed 1 day.

Once in a Lifetime Random Occurrence
So, About 6 mos ago I went to a Ft Lauderdale gun show (very busy) to buy a very specific gun. A Ruger LCP Max. Very popular gun/model. It soon became my daily "go to" gun. Small, light and easy to conceal in our T-shirt & shorts environment. My Hellcat, while being more capable, but l...
Re: Indy 500
Was a good race. Last 50 laps, as expected, got pretty wild.
Gotta love wild man Ferrucci. Ericsson fought hard but Newgarden's been fighting for it for years.

Re: Get up, you sleepyheads--time for your annual DST bitching posts
In the afternoon, perhaps, but if you ever experienced DST in the NYC area in February (as happened to me in the early-mid 70's..), you'll want to keep Standard time. I need the daylight more in the mornings than the afternoons. Helps me wake up. I even recall visiting Seattle once in the November ...
