Small lock would slow someone down but not stop a person with bad intent.

Just found our electrical panel is on the outside of the building out side the fence. I've owned 2 homes in CT, 2, in Il 1 in NY, 1 in FL and none of them had the electrical panel on the outside. Bad gun laws stupid building codes but food prices are a lot lower and gas is only $4.30 a gal.

There is another exit/entrance and its right next to the shooting ranges. They used to open the gate to let us out during the annual bike toy run. The gate is now the exit for vaccine cars.
