Re: Glock Finger Strikes Again...

What he said was not technically incorrect. He said licensed of not you could have a gun in your car with you so long as it was securely encased, which is true. He just did not say, that if you are licensed you can carry concealed without the need to for being encased. Read again: However, all gun ...

Re: Glock Finger Strikes Again...

I may be wrong but I thought you just couldn't have it laying next to you ?? either on or about your person or securely encased ?? Not lawyer, not legal advice, read Gutmachers book. If you are licensed, you have two sets of laws that protect you, carry laws and vehicle transport laws. You need to ...

Re: Pro-2A movie - The Reliant ONE NIGHT ONLY

Just a quick note on language.

There is very little violence in entertainment. When there is, it is typically limited to sports, news, and documentaries.

There is a lot of portrayal of violence, and I do not see a need to differentiate between the tools used in the portrayal of crime.

Re: FBI: More people killed with knives, hammers, clubs and....

Nobody believes you and nobody cares. The choir knows they have facts on their side, but all anyone cares about is crying children on television. Wrong tactics completely. We need outreach not rhetoric. We're dying out and not replacing ourselves in an era where we need to be growing. We only have a...

Re: Anyone Here Have Glaucoma?

Before anyone says something stupid... Marijuana is still illegal federally and is still referenced on the 4473. Additionally, it has been ruled that having a marijuana recommendation card is proof enough that you are a user of the substance. If you wish to keep your firearms, you face the potential...

Re: When Do You Start Work?

A few years ago, I thought my life of financial systems software development was far too exciting and I moved into labor and human resources software development. Boy can this stuff get archaic and draconian quickly. That said, I'm the person told to 'make it do', not one of the lawyers or scores of...

Isn't a smooth barrel in the definition of shotgun? You know, because rifles have rifling?

Isn't a rifled barrel shotgun a rifle, not a shotgun?

Just got an email, PD trade in shotguns- https://www.recoilgunworks.com/remington-1187-special-purpose-rifled-barrel-p-51985.html?utm_source=9.13.2019&utm_campaign=9.13.2019&utm_medium=email I thought rifling in a shotgun made it a rifle? And then it being 12 gauge would be over the size lim...

Re: Publix bans open carry

I am shocked that they ever allowed open carry at all. They are one of the biggest, if not the biggest, influencers in the FL Retail Federation. Based on the articles I read, it seems they spend a quarter of their lobbying time looking for tax handouts, a quarter of their lobbying time looking to cu...
