It is not uncommon for big chain stores to offer hot items at way less than market value to generate traffic. The idea is once you are in the store you are very likely to buy more than the sale item. You will not find a gas piston AR10 for under $1000. A direct impingement AR15 or AR10, yes.
But I also agree that the PSA guns are good guns for the money.

We paid our house of in about 8 years by doubling down on payments and paying additional lump sums when possible. That saved a shitload of interest in the long term. Once it was paid off I told the insurance company to stick their $3000 premium up their ass. That has saved me over 30K since we dropp...

IIRC, his standard service weapon was a Walther model, correct?
