Re: GOD'S COPS!

Because it's an official state sanctioned and regulated police force, not armed security.

Re: JuJu could use some help

Been here since 2005 and don't recall a member named Ju Ju, I agree with Rent about these type of donations. I know we talked about things like this before the forum crash, and especially in the wake of Dalton Wayne, these, "donations" and go fund me deals always turn to shit, several foru...

Re: Question about toll booth cameras.

For a car having that much front end damage it seems the rear of the car would have to have about the same amount of damage from being hit in the rear with enough force to drive the front end under a semi trailer especially if he was stopping/stopped with his brakes being applied. Sounds like a tall...

Re: Need help with a short story

Are you sure you read it ? It sounds like a story from the old Twilight Zone. Sometimes you can find out who wrote the story for the inspiration of that show.

Re: Cheaper cell carriers

I've been using TracFone for years and have had great service. I buy the $20 card every three months. If you put it on auto re-new it only costs $19.92 taxes and all. I don't use it a lot, similar to your usage. I like that unused talk, text, and data roll-over. You never lose it.

Re: Expired CWP Question

Just read that. It's 6 months now for a late renewal but, as long as you have a copy of the original certificate of the completed course, you won't have to re-take the course or a copy of your DD214. You'll just need a new pic, and new electronic fingerprints, and a copy of the old CWP. Then just re...

Re: Early Renewal of CCW?

The renewal window starts at 150 days before expiration for all renewals. That's also when they send out the form that has the code for online renewal according to their web site.

Re: Expired CWP Question

Same thing happened to my wife about 2 years ago. As long as your wife has a copy of the original certificate of the completed course, she won't have to re-take the course. She'll just need a new pic, and new electronic fingerprints, and copy of old CWP. Then just re-apply. They let my wife re-new h...

Re: Package Thief vs. Glitter Bomb Trap

The sad part to this is the homeowner could end up getting in more trouble than the thief for installing a booby-trap on his own property. Damn thief could also sue him if he got injured. That' just F'ed up big time.
