Re: Judge blocks California's high-capacity ammunition ban

High capacity ammunition? Like a shotshell? Ever notice when you see an article you know something about it's only about 50% accurate, yet when you read an article about something you don't know anything about it's suddenly gospel? Yep, I noticed that about 40 years ago. Every time something happen...

Re: Need help with a short story

I found it, it was Vonnegut, it was in the book Welcome to the Monkey House, it was called the The Euphio Question. Didn't have to listen, just be in the transmitter area I think. Vonnegut had a very interesting writing style, great satirist too. Ever read Cat's Cradle? How about stories from his a...

Need help with a short story

Back in the early 70s I think, I read a short story that I thought was from Vonnegut, where a scientist (I think) had a machine where when he was listening to it (I though he was listening to space), he zoned out in a blissful state. Re: NJ sues over AR kits shipped into the state

Losing the profit from not doing business with NJ residents would have cost them much much less than this legal battle. People probably said the same thing to Dick Heller. And over 10 years later since the Supreme Court decided in his favor and you still can't reasonably get a concealed carry permi...

Re: NJ sues over AR kits shipped into the state

Swear ever time I read the word "ghost gun" I realize most people are f-ing morons. Same thing when you hear "the gun show loophole," or even," Military style weapon." Which firearm is not military style? And if you mean cosmetic changes, who cares? Clinton's ban on fl...

Re: How to Destroy A Man Now (DAMN): A Handbook

Nothing wrong with women employees including management. There are certain rules that should be in place to prevent misunderstandings and possible situations from being setup. Of course if the folks like harvey, Matt, Charlie, louie are bent on being a flipping uncontrollable pervert, then the rest...

Why any male would hire a woman to work for him is beyond me.
I only thank god that I am not dating in this day and age.

I would like to see it used in an actual incident. Where the guy is not standing perfectly still waiting for it.
Still, it a great idea if it works.
