Please explain how this works. Is there a free Form 1 for braced pistols owned by individuals that isn't available to trusts?

All good here in Sarasota. Lots of debris but minimal damage. Folks just south of us got slammed. Haven't heard from friends in Boca Grande, Rotonda, Englewood and Venice yet.

You're reading the wrong section of the law. XLVI 870 refers to emergencies declared due to riots or insurrections. XVII 252 is the Florida Emergency Management Act. It says that the Governor MAY suspend firearm and ammunition sales in an Executive Order declaring a state of emergency, but it's not ...
