Legality of shipping a long gun in state

To summarize, and correct me if I’m wrong: • Person to person rifles/shotguns over 16” barrel length inside Florida is ok... • Person to person from Florida to another state must use FFL on receiver’s end... • Handguns/pistols and rifles/shotguns under 16” barrel length must use FFL in...

Re: I swear to Christ if the GOP blows this Supreme Court nomination...

Hey tector, I gave up on all of them years ago.
The good news is that in about another hundred years the U.S. will revert back to the principles of its Constitution.

Legality of shipping a long gun in state

Just in case it's not clear: it's not up to the carrier to ask what's in the box, the law places the entire responsibility on you to notify them. Says it right there in black and white. People here won't risk catching a felony by violating 922 by not changing a magazine follower to comply, but they...

Thanks, Tenzing.
You’re right on, jjk...USPS and UPS seem to actively discourage shipping firearms, don’t they?

Legality of shipping a long gun in state

I'm pretty sure that this is legal: selling and shipping a long gun in the state of FL without using an FFL, but does anyone know "Chapter and verse" of FL code to back this up? It’s legal to ship directly to another FLORIDA RESIDENT within your own state via USPS, otherwise you must ship to a FF...

Re: Florida will go Democrat... Demographics don't lie

After the two bozos the Libertarians ran in 2016, I don't have much faith in that party. Gary Johnson is not a bad man, but he came off very.. sophomoric. His running mate is an anti gun nutter though. Totally agree and excellent point. They have to present a solid candidate before they can ever ho...

Florida will go Democrat... Demographics don't lie

Out of curiosity though; Wouldn't a conservative voting for an independant party just help the left? I would think if more people who typically vote republican start voting Libertarian or whatever it would just help elect more democrats? If the conservative base that typically voted for republicans...
