A friend of mine just picked up 400 rounds of Winchester 9mm at Academy Sports for $34.99/100, or .35 per round.
There are places still selling at reasonable prices.

I like using their 100 yard range though it’s usually $30 per hour. The range card thing is new and supposedly has something to do with some new law and them not being able to ask for your DL as ID anymore.
