Re: What are the issues with moving to another state with NFA weapon?

It's not a terribly big deal - you need to submit a Form 20 to ATF, which seeks permission to transport NFA items across state lines. You'll need to specify each state you're passing through, and don't change your route after you receive the approved form back. https://www.atf.gov/firearms/docs/form...

Re: Anyone Here Carry S.O.B?

Are you right or left handed? Right handed grip up, it would seem like you have to sweep yourself to present the pistol? You have it backwards. Take the normal right side draw 3:00 position. Now push the holster around to 6:00 with the barrel aligned with the crack of your ass. Now turn the gun and...

Copes Distributing filed for bankruptcy

Another dealer whose glory days were during the parts-kit boom has folded. Bought several things from them over the years. You had to know the value of what you were looking for, because their prices ranged from gouging to smokin' deals, but I never had a problem and was always pleased with my purch...

Re: AK drum magazine parts?

If it's just the outer, winged "winding" part, one could be fabricated pretty easily and blued to match the body. Any idea who manufactured it?

Useful sites for handgun specs and comparisons

Often, when I see a handgun that interests me, I'm curious to see how its size and features compare with one I'm already familiar with. Usually, I first go to YouTube to see if someone's already done a video comparison between the two. When I can't find the specific comparison I'm looking for, I've ...

Re: Question about posting a BST

Not a mod, but I'm pretty sure the intent of the rule is to make one listing per asking price. So, if you had a Dillon 550 with dies, components and a Lyman mold, but were selling it as a single lot for one price, that's one listing. If you were selling the press for one price, the dies for another ...

Re: Anyone going to Hernando Sportsmans Show this weekend?

The wood & steel guns typically outnumber the polymer pistols and black rifles. Not a big show - I'd say 50-70 tables - but a cheap diversion before heading over to the range for a little blast therapy.

Anyone going to Hernando Sportsmans Show this weekend?

Small show, mostly private sellers and collectors, but free parking, $6 admission, and it's right at the range, so at least you can do some shooting, even if you don't find anything interesting at the show.

Pro-2A movie - The Reliant ONE NIGHT ONLY

I heard about this on a radio talk show yesterday. Kevin Sorbo (TV's Hercules) now makes independent movies promoting Christianity and traditional family values. This Thursday, October 24, there will be a limited screening (one night only) of his latest - The Reliant - about a family's fight to surv...
