Re: Gun Shows- Private Sellers

Interesting about Florida/Suncoast no longer allowing private sales. Useful to know, no more interest on my part, then. "Two Guys" had some shows on the east coast, I don't know about your area, or if they allow private sales or not. They were smaller, so the owners could watch more. Furth...

Re: reciprocity ?

Ah, "repairs." No transfer issues, then. Good idea to check with a local gun owner site: as with diving, fishing and a lot of other things, there is no substitute for local knowledge.

Thanks.

Re: reciprocity ?

Last I looked, both Carolinas are "must disclose upfront" states. So if you get pulled over in either, be aware. In 2015 my wife and I drove to VA to visit my BIL. From there we were going to Niagara Falls and Toronto, then to Michigan (then home). So in VA I Fed Exed our guns to an FFL i...

Re: Anybody use one of these here newfangled S&W FPC folding carbine thingees?

This may be of interest to me. I've been consolidating calibers, somewhat biased to one direction, but this might just have me keeping my 9mm. M&P and stick with that system. Possibly get a pocket 9 of some kind, and dispense with my .380s

Re: The Trump indictment

Since the MIC is mentioned, I'll toss out this bit of trivia. When Eisenhower did the first draft of the speech, it was "Military, Industrial, Congressional complex." He was advised to remove the "Congressional" part because it would make the Congress more difficult to deal with,...

Re: Anybody use one of these here newfangled S&W FPC folding carbine thingees?

I'll be on the lookout. I have an M&P pistol, so it would make some sense. While others claim to have M&P mag wells, they're on the shelf alongside hen's teeth. My only other system is my usual carry ppks, for which there is no carbine :P .

Re: The Trump indictment

I think the indictment by and large is a political sham. The same thing, done by other past presidents wouldn't be noticed. You've correctly cited the Constitution. But, I do not think all counts will be dismissed; he's "different." That said, he makes many of his own problems, particularl...

Re: Limited injunction issued on ATF pistol brace ban

LOL, the losers at the NRA are now seeking to intervene in the SAF suit, so they can get their members covered, too. If I could get a refund of my lifetime NRA membership, I'd do it in a heartbeat. https://www.dailywire.com/news/arbitrary-attack-nra-moves-to-shield-members-from-biden-admins-pistol-...
