It'll never happen. Those 4-5 total anti-gun states (NJ, Calif, NY, Mass, Hi, etc.) won't ever allow it in their state.Maybe the rest of the states will honor it, but not those I mentioned above.

It was too overwhelming to steal, although they are trying to steal 2 or 3 Senate seats (the Senate will be GOP anyway). Love Clarence Thomas, but he needs to resign summer of '25 or '26 to lock up that seat. He doesn't want to make the mistake for us that RBG made for the libs. Thomas is, currentl...

Re: I am voting for the Dem 2024 nominee if Trump is the GOP nominee
BTW, I was gratified to see that the election officials required a photo-ID from me. Yes, I had my "menace of the highways card." In Pasco Cty, they scan my DL and it comes up on their system (a small display). I have to verify (and swear under oath) that it's all correct. I then have to ...

Re: Obviously, good luck to all affected
I had done a bit of pre-storm shopping to be "at the ready." But the one thing I couldn't do was go get fuel for the gennie. A neighbor helped me to go get fuel the Tues. Morning before the storm hit. But by the time we got to the one station that had ethanol-free fuel, the line was 1/2hr ...

Re: Supreme Court punts, for now, on 18-20 YOs carrying guns
"In Paris v. Lara, Pennsylvania had appealed in a challenge to a state law that effectively bars 18- to 20-year-olds from openly carrying a gun when Pennsylvania has declared a state of emergency. In a decision issued in June 2023, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit barred the state...

Most were people with carts holding generators they were returning... Because one thing we know for sure is there will never be another storm requiring a generator Precisely. And, at least in my local area, we don't worry about power outages during the storm. All of our utilities are "undergro...

At best, I think it will be 5-4 with Roberts siding with the Liberal ju...

Woke up about 1.5 hours ago. Other than the standard twigs/leaves falling off, all of the infrastructure seems to be in tact. All the fencing is in tact. The one major thing was that the storm sewer drains backed up in the front of the cul-de-sac. So you see this ring of water all around the cul-de-...
