^^^This here.

Not that everyone else doesn't like to bitch too.

60% would be considered unusually high turnout. That's a f***ing disgrace.

Re: FL voter registration trends

We are looking at 13.3 million registered voters in FL, but a predicted turnout of only 51.8%.
That is ridiculous that we even consider that anything other than embarrassingly low turnout.

13.3 registered is still only about 75% of otherwise eligible (including non-registered) voters.

Senate Race

I know not everyone here likes Scott, but man this is a close one.

Like him or not we need this seat.

Might do the lower consignment % just to have more to look at in the shop.

Good to know, thanks. We are due for an update soon. Quicken willmaker doesn't have a check box to leave your estate in trust to a house full of greyhounds.

Re: Opinions Spirt Airlines

Nothing new to add, but I will add to the rest. I have flown twice for business one way with return the same day on another carrier. So only a laptop bag as a carry on, and only out of necessity. I would rate them somewhere between Allegiant and a cattle car (and I rate the cattle car higher than Al...

Re: Attack on pre-emption moves forward

Yeah, imagine driving across counties like Pinellas or Broward with a new city limit every 275 feet. This home rule is so bad on so many levels. Gun laws will only be the thin edge of the wedge (bad enough), then the rest of society will unravel.

Re: Commie states coordinate attack on NRA

On preemption, this "home rule" business with the dems is pretty scary and it is on just about every candidates platform.

Re: Voted early!

I vote by mail, but actually drop the mail ballot off in person at the elections office. Easy, and no waiting. Plus it gives me the time and option to research each candidate and issue individually. In Pinellas we had around half the ballots for this year by mail, maybe less as more people registere...

Re: Explanation of Ballot ADMENDMENTS

I repeat: Regulate the conditions the dogs are kept in, NOT THE WAGERS OR RACING! Any of those braniacs ever think of reforming the whole racing system, maybe having individuals and families keep and care for the racers at home and just take them to the tracks on race days? Give the home caretakers...
