Re: So,what do y'all think about this "vaccine "....
Wife and I care for her 90 y/o dad in our home, as she says we're operating a nursing home for 1. I'm a bit over 65, she's several years younger. Wife and I would feel horrible if her dad got Covid and we had not done everything to prevent it, so we're glad to get the vaccine. It was somewhat challe...

Re: ATF proposing pistol brace registration
So the ATF is sayng it has not explicitly approved many of the pistol braces on the market, and some don't meet it's approval. But the ATF did explicitly approve the Sig brace, right? I have a copy of the letter that came with mine. So regardless of what they decide about other styles and brands, a ...

Re: I Dont Understand Covid-19 "Reported Cases"
What I don't understand is so many people saying 99.9% of Covid19 cases recover. Look at just about any of the statistics sites for US locations, and divide the number of deaths by number of confirmed cases - they all show about 2% fatalities. Even with fudging on which are true Covid19 cases, the r...

Re: Ever Find Any Money You Didnt Know You Lost?
Congrats on being $500 richer! One way to keep credit cards active is to pick a (small) monthly bill that is the same each month and setup an automatic payment. I usually avoid automatic payments because I want to control when and how much I pay cards, but something fixed and small like a Netflix me...

Re: Refrigerator recommendations?
I've had good results buying used (but nice) refrigerators off Craigs List. It used to be a refrigerator rarely wore out because the compressor was inside a sealed system so it always got cooled and lubricated. They changed the refrigerants a few years back to a much more corrosive kind, so now even...
