Surgery, the first Sargeant for the 829th station hospital Army Reserve in St. Petersburg.
He was nominated and appeared in the publication "Outstanding Young Men of the Year" in 1972.
He ran for City Councilman in 1973.
Wain helped draft Health Care legislation in the State of Florida.
He was Co Founder of the National Alliance of Stocking Gun Dealers.
He served as a technical advisor to ATF and many court cases involving Firearms.
He will always be remembered for his endless knowledge of Firearms, continuing to be a caring and giving man, his great
stories and advice, and the best Husband and Dad one could ever ask for.

Thank You to all for your continued support.
Rest in Peace Dad.

Pam, I'm so sorry for your family's loss. Again, if there's anything I can do to help you know where to find me.

I'd only known your Dad casually for the last few years from a few interactions with him at the store, but it wasn't until this year that he and I really got a chance to talk more than just in passing. He was truly a remarkable man and definitely had some great stories along with a wealth of knowledge.
I am 100% confident in saying that he will be missed by all who knew him.

Rest In Peace, Wain. [smilie=012.gif]

Pam, I never met the gentleman. It sounds like he lived a very full life. My condolences to you and your family.
