So, it seems HB 543 was reported "favorable" out of the Judiciary Committee, yesterday. Are there any other committees or can it now go to the floor? And, should it pass, will it go directly to the FL Senate or will the Senate try their own bill for which they''ll have to go to "conference" sessions?
