Gun Show Question.

Post by TC6969 »

At the "No Private Sales" gun shows, does that rule extend to cover ammo, mags etc, or is it strictly firearms?

I've been to several but never read the fine print on the sign. :)

Unless you are a vendor, almost all gun shows do not let you bring in ammo.

Melbourne has always allowed people to bring in pretty much anything to sell walking around and since they also do WPB and other shows I assume it is the same
Patriot (Vero etc) also allowed people to bring in stuff. Can not speak about other promoter shows but those 2 allow it

I always handle any transactions in the parking lot, in my vehicle or the other person's vehicle. They can't say a damn thing about that. Do what makes you happy. I have brought ammo into shows, to sell/trade more than anything; I have never had any issue at any show I've went to. Now... If its loaded in a magazine/firearm they get VERY sh*tty about that. :)
