it has rivets so its stamped, and yet another auction for an unfired gun :-k
In the days of the old west a 6 shooter was as common as cell phones are today and just annoying if they go off in a theater.

Look at the picture marked "ak 2". The side of the receiver says "MAK-92 SPORTER" and "5.56x45".
My question is: why are the pins rusty and what do you think the internals look like??? Guess I have a different definition of 98%. :eek

Things to remember!
#10. This is not an auction site. All items listed "for sale" must have a
price identified in the ad. "Make an offer" or "Best offer gets it" are not acceptable.
"$XXX or best offer" is acceptable. Items listed "for trade" aren't required
to have a price unless the seller is also open to a sale.

DW, his original ad had a price listed!

But I will warn 305boy that if he posts another ad and bumps it 2 hours later just because he wants "a quick sale" he'll lose the ad.

The pins in the reciever are not rusty. They are plum colored due to the hardened pins taking the blueing differently.
I've had a couple norinco's that way, no rhime or reason.

The pins in question are the trigger and hammer pivots.
Doesn't look like rust at all, more like a brass finish?

You still haven't answered my question.....why not?

Could it be because you have it listed as for sale in Portland, Oregon here:

http://www.thefiringline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=250744

You've also got it listed here: http://www.snipershide.com/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=211182

Different price on each post.

MODS: please check these links before you decide to delete them, I think this may be info. our members ought to see.
