Went to the range today just to function test my two new Minis and saw on the 50 yard range that someone posted two paper plates. So I taped over the holes and shot both from the bench.



This one is the 1989 made Mini-14 GB.



This one is the new 2018 production Ranch Rifle.



Here they both are from a free standing position just fooling around and doing some rapid fire.




I only brought 60 rounds since it was a quick trip.

Nice score! They are great rifles, accurate enough for HD, good for varmint shooting and plinking and reliable as hell. If I could find one for $400 I would be all over it.

It might sound like a pain in the butt... but can you scan the whole thing and email it to me?

I'll be glad to do it. Least I can do considering how much work you do for 2nd. Per arfcom gd. I used to not look st it because it moves too fast.

Tomorrow I'll try to get a good pic of both sides of the le brochure.

You may be interested. AC556 pics are from Ruger press kit, 1975 I think. A buddy had the kit but said you like these Minis you can have these. I have the 1980 press kit with Ranch rifle pics.

If anyone is looking, as of yesterday there were two left @ Okeechobee WalMart, clearance priced.

Hopefully your transaction/4473 goes smoother than mine (not to mention the WalMart imposed 5-day wait).
